Arrested for a DUI? Here's Information You Need to Know

When the police head out to do their jobs, they are especially vigilant, often too vigilant, about how they make DUI/DWI arrests. Texas Drunk Driving is a serious issue that is very politically charged. As a result of these factors, police are often out to get as many drunk drivers as they can. In their enthusiasm, though, they often cross the line and pull people over without any reason to do so, other than the fact that they want to arrest one more person for a DUI.

You can't afford the penalties that come about as a result of a DUI/DWI conviction. If you were pulled over and cited for a DUI/DWI, those charges can quickly become very troublesome. People lose their driving privileges, pay steep fines and go to jail every day because of DUI charges. If you don't like any of those prospects, you need to get the help of a professional Plano DUI/DWI Lawyer. Having an experienced DUI/DWI attorney defending you against a Texas drunk driving arrest, could even result in getting your charges dropped completely.

There are many factors that could lead to your charges getting dropped. You just need a Plano DUI/DWI Attorney to look into the evidence surrounding your case to see if any valid reasons for dropping your charges exist. Many people are shocked to learn that they were pulled over without any provocation or cause by the arresting officer. This can mean an immediate dismissal of your case, but you need a lawyer who understands the DUI/DWI laws on your side to find this kind of evidence and bring it to the attention of the court. Don't assume you are in over your head; the lawyers at Peveto Law can provide you with the defense that you deserve.

  1. Last year i had been arrested for DUI in Texas which was very disappointing experience, but charges are dropped off after 2 weeks due to insufficient evidences.
